In this class students are required to analyze two case studies. Each case study is worth 50 points and is graded using the rubric provided on Moodle. Please read this document carefully and let me know if you have any ques?ons regarding the case analyses. 
What should a case analysis look like? 
A case analysis should include the following parts: 
1. Title Page: 
This part of the document should contain the following information:
• Title of the document 
• Name of the author 
• Name of the class 
• Name of the instructor 
• Date 
2. Main Body: 
• Title of the document 
• A situation analysis: This will be the introduction section. Please start your document with a thorough situation analysis. Some points you might want to address are: What is the main issue/are the main issues described in the case? Why is this an important issue and why does it require attention? What is the internal environment like? What is the external environment like? What frameworks can be used to analyze the environment (for example, SWOT, PEST, etc…). What are the skills and capabilities of the company?… Please note that this is not a comprehensive list of questions you might want to answer.
• Identification of potential solutions: In this section, please provide potential solutions you think the company may consider to address the issue(s) described in the case. Each solution may have its own advantages and disadvantages. Please provide a brief comparison of these potential solutions and state which solution you think would be the best course of action and explain your reasoning with strong arguments. 
• Implementation of the selected solution: In this section, please provide the details of how you would implement the solution you selected. The following questions can be used to identify some implementation details. What are some steps involved in implementing the selected solution. Do they require any changes in the company? What are the challenges that you think might arise? What is the timeline?… Please note that this is not a comprehensive list of questions you might want to answer.
