For this project, choose a culture other than your own and research this culture’s approach to death and dying. Consider your own customs, beliefs, and rituals and compare and contrast each with the culture you chose. Assume that one of your friends states that the culture you researched has “stupid beliefs about death.” How would you respond?
The paper must include the following:
1. APA formatted title page (7th edition APA)

2. Complete introduction with a purpose statement. The purpose statement should be the last sentence in the introduction paragraph. Begin your statement with: The purpose of this paper is to…. (1 paragraph)
3. Identify the culture you have selected. Discuss the key components of the culture’s approach to death and dying. You must include information from at least two sources. List all in-text citations in APA style. (2 – 3 paragraphs)
4. Compare and contrast the culture’s customs, beliefs, and rituals with your own. (2 -3 paragraphs)
5. Describe how you would respond to your friend’s statement about the culture you researched having “stupid beliefs in death”. What resources, if any, would you provide? (1 – 2 paragraphs)
6. Summarize your findings in a concluding paragraph. (1 paragraph)
