5 hours Clinical hours will be accumulated when candidates conduct and
digitally record three counseling sessions utilizing various techniques
highlighted in class.
Each video should be at least 15 minutes in length and no longer than 30
minutes.
These videos will be 3 separate submissions and must include a short
description of the techniques you are demonstrating.
* one counseling session with one elementary student
* one counseling session with one middle/high school student
* one counseling session with a diverse student (e.g., students with
disabilities, students with
ethnic/cultural diversity, students receiving free/reduced lunch)
Reflection: Candidates will also submit a
reflection over the field experiences (3 page
minimum).
