This semester as you’ve completed the team project you’ve learned the importance of teamwork in the workplace. Teams cannot be successful unless clear expectations and responsibilities are communicated, such as y’all did in your team contracts, and team members develop the trust and respect to hold each other accountability. Just as you’ve sharpened your skills in interviewing, writing resumes, drafting targeted cover letters, and conducting interviews, you’ve learned a thing or two about what it takes to work together as a strong team (or how not to).
