Read the mini-case Ortho records sample case.pdf (the link is here and on the lower left corner of the discussion instructions) and identify the areas of negligence that you see. Please post at least two areas of negligence and explain the rationale behind your choices. Describe barriers to communication with a client that you see may happen. Describe key elements needed in initial interviews with plaintiffs. Identify the resources available to the LNC in identifying relevant cultural and/or religious aspects of a case. Finally, identify the roles of the LNC in the defense arena.
