(see Brightspace lectures);
2.    
Decide what idea
you want to develop into a full new venture pitch (this can be but doesn’t have
to be the one idea you ended with in your Ideation/Evaluation challenge);
3.    
If helpful, meet
with Dr. G to discuss your idea and to resolve any unanswered questions;
4.    
Complete a full
business idea canvas (provided to you in an Excel file);
5.    
Do a competitor
analysis (the grid that lines up your business against others);
6.    
Complete a value
chain diagram (the diagram of business processes with boxes, ovals, and
arrows);
7.    
Complete a
break-even analysis using Dr. G’s starter toolkit (Excel file);
8.    
Complete your
slides for your presentation;
9.    
Practice
presenting to ensure that you take less than 8 minutes.
Turn in the following (and be sure they are the correct files in the correct format):
Your business idea canvas (PDF or Excel format);
Your break-even analysis (PDF or Excel format);
Your presentation slides (PDF or PPT format).
