THINK about how you would approach working with this client. Be aware of SW values, roles, and skills you will need in working with this client on this topic. If you need to, you may do outside research on that topic (but you must CITE the outside research in your paper).

Complete a thorough assessment of your client. Answer the 15 assessment questions (in Chapter 3 of your textbook, also posted on Brightspace). The last question of the assessment will be answered below in more detail.
Give recommendations on how to effectively intervene with your client. Look in the Appendix of your textbook for treatment modalities that may be useful, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. [This is where you are answering the last question of the assessment. Be very specific.]
Develop a plan and a contract. Write up the contract. Make sure to describe the goals, tasks and activities needed to accomplish the goals and objectives. Be specific and realistic!! If you need to do outside research, you may, but cite it!!
