Your suggested primary research tools are a huge part of this assignment. Ensure sufficiently thought-out and prepared, and attached as an Appendix. The better these are prepared, the better your grade.
Remember the objective of your RP is to get funding and final approval to proceed with your research.

Write concisely, clearly, and informatively. No repetition.
Likely, the most important parts of any Report/Proposal are the beginning and ending. Get reader’s attention with your opening.
Here are more TIPS for Proposal Writing:Use a fairly formal writing style.
No contractions and no slang.
Do NOT use I or you or me or we.
Write in 3rd-person.
Use headings as suggested by RP instructions.
No acronyms, unless firstly introduced and explained.
Be concise, clear, and easy to read.
Your Proposal should be self-explanatory. That is, easily understood by the reader.
Get off to a good start – perfect your Title Page.
Follow with your Table of Contents. Refer to your textbook and properly perfect.
Ensure your audience/reader/corrector understands your topic.
Make sure opening contains sufficient information to explain the problem clearly and concisely.
Don’t be brief, when detail is needed. Otherwise, keep your writing tight.
Conclusion cannot contain new data or information.
Avoid poorly constructed sentences and paragraphs. Lean towards shorter sentences that are clear and concise, and easily understood.
Avoid awkwardly wordy sentence structure.
Check and recheck spelling, grammar, punctuation, and typos.

Are you using MUN & CNA? You seem hesitant or unsure.
Sampling size is a specific assignment requirement, but not included. I suggest at least 5,000+ student participants, and from each institution. You do want your research to be meaningful, and without bias.
Your research methods and methodology are poorly explained. Both require clarity, focus, and more explanation.

You need to perfect and practice your business writing. As well, you need to develop and adopt a professional business-like style. Be brief, clear, and conscience of reader. Key to successful business writing is editing.
