Dataset to be created on software RStudio
Methodology: Conducting a comparative analysis to explore the correlation between contraceptive usage rates and fertility rates across different African countries. We would like to refer to 3 countries that differ in their economic status, population size and current fertility trend.
Expected results: Hypothetical findings may suggest a negative correlation between contraceptive use and fertility rates, indicating that increased contraceptive prevalence could lead to lower fertility rates. We expect different results depending on the country taken into consideration.
Implications: The research outcomes could inform policy decisions aimed at improving access to and education about contraceptives, potentially leading to more effective family planning programs and strategies to manage population growth in sub-Saharan African countries.
