Using the course readings and an example drawn from the course,  (in a 350-500 w

Using the course readings and an example drawn from the course,  (in a 350-500 word essay) focus on Social Responsibility/Social Justice during COVID. [see next ‘page’ for details on the topic]
You only have enough space and time to make a very limited argument–FOCUS your argument appropriately.
Your main argument should be clearly stated and should be supported with concrete and specific evidence.
Do not simply narrate or summarize the material of others.
Show that there is thought behind your argument.
If you make a claim, find an example from the readings that supports it. Next, either paraphrase or take a short quote, and cite your source properly (author and page–with author and title of work listed at end of essay).
Quotations that neither support nor advance the argument are detrimental to the essay, as are quotations unrelated to the issue at hand.
A paper that contains no references to course readings is not acceptable. They should be spoken of in meaningful ways, not just in passing.
THINK ABOUT HOW YOUR ARGUMENT AND YOUR SOURCES ANSWER THE QUESTION EXPLICITLY.
