Using the Fred economic database (https://fred.stlouisfed.org/) find the total u

Using the Fred economic database (https://fred.stlouisfed.org/) find the total unemployed, plus all persons marginally attached to the labor force, plus total employed part time for economic reasons, as a percent of the civilian labor force plus all persons marginally attached to the labor force (U-6), then click edit graph and add line and find the unemployment rate both data on percent, quartly, seasonally, adjusted level (might need to change the monthly data to quartly).
Now add another line to find natural rate of unemployment (short-term) on percent, quartly, not seasonally adjusted level. Copy and paste your graph in answer sheet showing the percentages of each rate at Q3 2020, for all lines together. Graph the data from Q1 of 1991 to Q1 of 2023.
Finally interpret your graph according to what you have learned.
