Write a fictitious case study addressing any one of the topics covered in class

Write a fictitious case study addressing any one of the topics covered in class and your readings (i.e., motivation, training, personnel law). Your paper’s introduction should address an organizational dilemma and core issues you believe merit attention. You are also to explain the potential consequences the issues you identified in your paper present to the organization and/or worker, and the reason(s) you believe the problems you identified exist and how they are affecting the organization. Bear in mind that you are not required to resolve the issues in your case study. If your story has a resolution, that is fine, but if it doesn’t, that, too, is acceptable.
This paper will require you to follow APA guidelines for citations and references only. Somewhere in your paper I expect to see at least one in-text citation from your textbook. If you need to research an article, make sure the article you research is a peer-reviewed source. Note that only sources who are cited in your paper should appear in your reference list. Since this is a fictitious story, you do not have to conduct research to support your assertions. I do, however, expect you to refer to your textbook to support your assertions. Your paper should also be paginated and be between 2-5 pages in content. A cover page is not required for this paper. However, your paper should be double-spaced, paginated on the upper right-hand corner, and your paragraphs should be indented. Please refer to the rubric on p .8 in your syllabus. You should also use a Times New Roman 12- point. font or a Calibri 11-point font. Guidelines for citing and referencing sources have been posted on Blackboard.
Part 2: Drawing on the quick guide to isms and phobias (click the link: https://engineering.osu.edu/quick-guide-isms-and-phobias ), the course readings or class discussions,  provide examples from your own life (or observations) where intersectionality played a role in shaping your experiences or perspective. Support your interpretation of the situation experienced or observed with direct reference to course materials using APA in-text citations.
