You are required to construct an argument about Edward Said’s Out of Place (1999

You are required to construct an argument about Edward Said’s Out of Place (1999) in relation to the extract you have read from his Orientalism (1978), and to support that argument with evidence from the memoir. The paper should use proper citations (references for any quotations—parenthetically or in footnotes—and Works Cited).
You can select your own theme or premise, or be guided by the following prompt:
Towards the end of the Introduction to Orientalism, Edward Said speaks of a “personal dimension” to the book which is his “awareness of being an ‘Oriental’ as a child growing up in two British colonies.” In what way does Out of Place fill in the “personal dimension” of his argument in Orientalism? Does the memoir simply bear out his argument in Orientalism or does it sometimes add levels of complexity to the way Said positions himself in the earlier book?
I attached a pdf of the reading “Orientalism” and in the following link is “Out of Place”: https://yplus.ps/wp-content/uploads/2021/01/Said-Edward-Out-of-Place-A-Memoir-1.pdf
