applying a theory we have learned in class to the crime at hand. I have included questions that
you will want to discuss to help guide your paper into a proper discussion on criminological
theory.
The paper should follow a basic organizational structure. I have included a breakdown of
the sections I expect to see in the paper (presentation). They do not need to be titled as such but
should include this information. Keep in mind, simply answering these questions is not enough
to earn an A. I expect this paper to be a discussion of the topic, not just a set of answers to
questions I have asked you to consider. These should guide your discussion. Your paper must
include at least four peer-reviewed sources. You can use non-peer reviewed but it needs to be
supplemental and should not be the focus of the paper.
