What to do? Make a miniposter (to fit on a regular 8 1/2″ by
11″ sheet of paper).
Why are you being asked to do this? So that you have an opportunity to
think about the advice you might give a client or patient before you are put on
the spot to do so. Course competency: Debate nutritional claims.
How to do this assignment? You may use any sources that you
want including those provided in the notes, the textbook and online
sources. You may use paper and markers and take a picture to submit, or
use any software or application that you have access to, to create the poster.
