You need to prepare a critique of this pair of papers and note whether there were any deviations from the protocol and contextualise this study with regard to other relevant literature dealing with trials or suitable robust studies of CFS (Chronic Fatigue Syndrome).
Your referencing is to be done using the New England Journal of Medicine style guidance which is described below in the attachment . You must submit your answer either as a MS-Word or PDF document.

Look at how the protocol was set up to start with and how the trial was conducted in real life ( or how it was conducted to get to the result ). You need to have a look at both sets, the protocol and the report. what did the protocol say which actually put intro practice and what how did the result differ?
So compare and contrast between the two, there are differences that need to be looked at.
There are things in there which were done as per protocol concept and there are things that weren’t done as per protocol concept.so you need to be identifying both sets.
Make sure that you look beyond the trial report as well. so therefore additional reading needs to be looked at.
