For the first section,
select three of the following questions for your response.  There is no minimum or maximum length

For each question in this first section. They must include their respective URLs.

The current environment for
government and business is one of constant change.  This environment requires leaders, managers,
and employees be trained for the future. 
What kind of training should be considered for the various groups of
employees?  Why did you select this/these
type(s) of training?  How would you
deliver the training course or program? 
How would you know how successful your efforts were?
2.    
Teams are frequently used when
change is contemplated.  What makes an
effective change agent team?  How would
the team be selected?  What type of team
building activities would be developed if an effective team did not exist?
3.    
Part of a change effort involves
development of a strategic change plan. 
If you were in charge of leading a change in your organization, how
would you develop the strategic change plan? 
What would you include?  What
aspects would help guide your decisions and your plan?
4.    
Some people feel that the more time
a change process takes, the more time the employees have to mobilize resistance
to the change.  With that in mind, how
long would you take to implement a major change in your organization?  Why would you take that long?  What efforts would you take to ease the
resistance to change?
Part 2 – Provide 10 concepts, issues, philosophies, or
practices in the areas of managing change that you can utilize in your
workplace.  Name the aspect, describe it,
and explain the implication for your workplace.  It can be in bullet form.
For this second section, you must include at least 5 academic and reliable sources in APA format, with their respective URLs, apart from the study text of this class. (John Hayes – The Theory and Practice of Change Management-Red Globe Press (2022).
