Start your write up by summarizing the problem presented in the case and who is involved in the case (both individuals and organizations). Then summarize the issue from an organizational/community perspective.
Your analysis should answer the following questions:
What role did each organization play in creating the crisis and ultimately helping to address the crisis?
How were both problems and solutions impacted by civic engagement/social capital of the residents?
How did governance issues impact both the creation and resolution of the crisis?
In what ways did the crisis fit the definition of a wicked problem as defined by your reading? In what ways did it not fit this definition?
How did the case evolve differently than you would have expected? What issues do you think will be on-going in Flint as they continue to recover?
How does this case relate to at least 4 of readings that you have complete thus far in the course?
