Discuss interventions used in the case selected from your field experience, the same case presented in Mini-Paper #1 (I attached the mini paper 1). Incorporate relevant social work values and ethics from NASW. Incorporate the following minimum elements into your paper, and refer to the grading rubric for this assignment.
Discuss the methods you used to select appropriate strategies and interventions for this case based on the assessment presented in Mini-Paper #1 along with research knowledge and the values and preferences of the case. Briefly discuss the connection between the intervention(s) selected and how the problem is understood from a major explanatory theory, such as constructivist theory, biophysical theory, systemic theory, or feminist theory. Provide a rationale for selecting or creating the particular intervention(s). This rationale may be based on evidence-based practice ideas, practice-based evidence ideas, or ethical ideas such as feminist, social justice, etc.
Provide and discuss a treatment plan based on the assessment presented in Mini-Paper #1, including the problem list. The treatment plan must include the following: a) Goals that are related to the identified problems, b) Objectives that are related to the identified problems and are written in SMART format, and c) Evidence-based strategies and interventions that were or will be utilized to achieve the goals/objectives within the identified timeframe(s).
Describe how you implemented the strategies/interventions to achieve the goals/objectives and to enhance capacities of client systems, organizations, and communities. Discuss how you developed mutually-agreed-upon goals and objectives using inter-professional collaboration as appropriate to achieve beneficial practice outcomes; how you negotiated, mediated, and advocated on behalf of client systems, organizations, and communities; and how you facilitated effective transitions and endings that advanced mutually-agreed-upon goals.
