As an IO Psychologist, you will be expected to have a high level of familiarity with the contents of the EEOC Guidelines. 
For this week’s discussion, please read the EEOC guidelines and select ONE of the THREE types of validity introduced in Section 5 of the Uniform Guidelines. Find a research article that uses that validity method to defend the design and/or implementation of an assessment tool (by the use of the method in the title of the article; e.g., “Demonstration of the Content Validity of…”). Tell us how the methodology follows the steps described in the Guidelines, and whether you feel it is adequately conducted.
How do the Principles (SIOP, 2018) relate to the overview of your method? 
Then provide a PDF of ONE article from the reference list of the article you critiqued. Select an article that you believe would be useful for your classmates to read and provide further commentary on the validity method in question.
