Student Presentations (20%)
During the course of the term you will lead a presentation
(~10-15 minutes) that explores a political artist and their work. The goal of your presentation is
to stimulate and guide class learning and discussion related to the themes of the course, and
beyond, as engaged with by artists. The presentation should present i) a history of the artist, ii)
their main works and themes explored therein, iii) historical context of the artist and their art
work, iv) an exploration of its links to the course, and thinking anthropologically. Finally, the
presentation must have good questions and/or an activity to stimulate class engagement. Please
include photos, videos, audio.
