As the final semester project, students will be tasked with producing a formal programming pitch in the form of a paper 6 – 8 pages (double-spaced) in length. In short, students will come up with an original programming idea, with the overall goal of the paper being to persuade a prospective network/distributor to purchase the program/show/etc. In addition to making a persuasive case for the merits of this original programming, papers will largely be evaluated on how well they integrate and apply course principles/content into the pitch itself. More details and a grading rubric for the paper will be provided closer to the due date listed in the course schedule.
