Every experience, every identity, every bias, and every privilege shapes how we

Every experience, every identity, every bias, and every privilege shapes how we view and interact in the world around us. Our experiences shape our decision making and how we engage within our community. We all experience the world around us differently, so it is important to consider how our experiences are shaping our impact.
In this Assignment, you will reflect on your personal experience, self-identity, bias, and privilege to explore how these elements impact decision making and community.
Consider your personal experiences, self-identity, bias, and privilege and how these aspects influence your actions/decisions.
Consider how one’s experiences, self-identity, bias, and privilege affect your community.
The Assignment (1 page)
Construct a 1-page reflection in which you explain how your personal experiences, self-identity, bias, and privilege might impact your community and decision making. Consider ways in which you interact, or do not interact, within your community and how personal experiences, self-identity, bias, and or privilege motivate or drive these decisions. The College of Nursing requires that all papers submitted include a title page, introduction, summary, and references. For this Assignment, you are only required to include a title page.
