Purpose
Part 1: Windows Server 2016 has multiple roles including storage options useful for most organizations. The first option is local storage including disks and volumes. These can be managed by the Disk administrator. SAN and NAS are also available and can be supported by the Disk administrator or Server Manager. Server Manager is a single centralized interface that includes most selections for a Windows administrator to use for day-to-day tasks such as event logs, diagnostics, user access, and Disk manager.
Part 2: Storage is primarily about physical virtual disks for use in local workstations and servers but also virtual machines using Hyper-V or other virtualization technologies. Storage can be traditional disks and SSDs as well as SAN and NAS provided LUNS and volumes. When properly mounted, all of these can be used via the Disk administrator or Server Manager tool.

In a minimum 2-page paper, provide and explain three best practices in each of the following areas of a system administrator’s role:

The ability to utilize system users’ feedback to improve system performance
The ability to balance the quality of work against meeting deadlines
The ability to acknowledge mistakes and correct errors
