and in promoting the health of clients in the older adult population. (Do
not include this statement in the paper, this is for your informational
guidance).

Contrast or compare care of the
older adult with or without a team and collaborative approach.  Describe the difference in care and patient
outcome.   This can include
interdisciplinary team collaboration and/or a unit collaborative team approach
between healthcare professionals and staff on the unit.  (Example: RN leadership demonstrates teamwork
through helping with call lights when CNAs are busy or need assistance with
moving a patient and CNAs providing patient information that might help the RN
understand their patients.).
References
Must have at least four (4) scholarly or peer reviewed
resources.  Two (2) research sources must
be from a periodical database (peer reviewed), are relevant, accurate, recent
(less than 5 years old) and reliable and add to the strength of the
