Prepare a 1- to 2-page project description summarizing the scope and work type (feel free to make assumptions and expand on the information contained in the network, as you see fit).
Provide one or two paragraphs to describe the overall sequence of work.
Prepare a deliverable-oriented WBS for your project with a minimum of three layers of breakdown except for the project level as the first layer. The WBS should contain a minimum of 15 WBS elements at the lowest level of the breakdown structure.
Prepare a functional (i.e., process-oriented) WBS for your project with a minimum of two layers of breakdown except for the project level as the first layer. The WBS should contain a minimum of 10 WBS elements at the lowest level of the breakdown structure. Consider including WBS actions such as to mobilizing, framing, flooring, roofing, as well as the higher-level WBS elements.
Provide the two WBSs mentioned above as appendices.
