Looking back at this semester, take a look at your family that you have intervie

Looking back at this semester, take a look at your family that you have interviewed in Assignment #2. Taking what you have learned through the text, videos and discussions throughout the course, think about what the next steps are for this family.
There are TWO PARTS to this assignment: Basically, what you do for Part I for the Family you will repeat and do for Part II for the Child. Please pay close attention to the minimum word count per section and please label each part & question number.
Part 1: Analysis of the family (minimum total 550 words- see breakdown below)
Write an analysis of the family’s goals and needs for their family from Assignment #2. (at least 150 words)
What were the goals and needs of the family, the parents?
Include information regarding their socio-economic background, language, culture, values and stresses of their family.
Based off the interview, what goals might you suggest to the family to better help them as a whole?
How would the agencies that you have made flyers for in Discussion Question # 5 help the family that you have interviewed? (at least 100 words)
Consider the families values, culture, family dynamics, etc.
3. Now that you have an idea of what the family needs with the agencies that you have researched, write about how you could personally contribute and help this family out. This is your ACTION PLAN – which has 3 parts: Plan, Do & Review. (at least 300 words)
Use this guide to formulate your Action Plan.
Plan: What are the objectives to help this family?
Example: This family is struggling financially and is lacking food for their family. (Stress within the family) Remember to pull on your already established relationship with the family and be cognizant of how they might receive the support referral the easiest way possible.

Pulling from resources from your flyer, what are the next step? (Would you need to call? Fill out an application? Make an appointment? Be specific!)
Your contribution: What would you do to help this family with this objective? As an example: Resource: Food Pantry (feedingsandiego.org)

Offer to call Susan and help gather information for the application.
Make lunch/dinner for them a couple times a month.
Note: Add in how you would approach the situation and also add in how you would respond if the family is not willing to accept overt help.
Review: Did the action plan help the family?
What are some questions that you could ask the family to assess how your action plan worked? (3-4 Questions)Example:Do you need more food?
Is there enough food for your family?
How else can I help?
