Introduction
This module covers some very common challenges for new college students.
Note-taking: Some students do not know how to take good notes. They try to write down everything that is said and can’t keep up with the speaker, or they don’t write down enough information to help them review later. They have never learned formats for good notes.
Test-Taking: Many students worry about taking tests and doing well, particularly if they have not done well in the past or have been out of school for a long time. They have not learned how to prepare for tests well.
