Procedure for Role-Play Analysis
On the same document as your Negotiation Outcome sheet, provide a detailed analysis of your negotiation that draws upon course concepts from the module and textbook (e.g., agenda, pre-plan and planning document, computational, procedural, and social complexities, etc.) as part of your analysis. Be sure to address the following questions into your analysis:
What are the names and roles of all group members?
What was the result of the negotiation?
What elements of the negotiation were distributive and what elements were integrative?
What characteristics make a multiparty negotiation more complex than a two-party negotiation?
What were the unique challenges in this negotiation?
How did members manage the multiparty negotiation?
Were coalitions formed? Why or why not?
