Continue your work from Assignment #2. Here, you will expand on what you have already completed. Please perform one more statistical analysis than you did previously. In addition to this, you will present these in a paper format where you interpret your results in the context of your medical topic. Please also include some literature review to provide direction to the reader. The final paper should be no more than 10 pages. APA guidelines should be followed. (SLO 1-6; 30% of course grade)

Analysis

All graphics and tables should be within the body of the paper and be labeled with captions as well as appropriate titles and axis labels. Your R code shall be included in a separate appendix and should be reproducible (i.e. if I have your data I should be able to run all the steps of your work and produce the same results that you obtained and presented).
