In this post, using your community of focus and Chapters 11 & 12 of the text, plan an intervention and evaluation by providing a response to these 7 prompts:
set a goal for the intervention (Ch. 11),
write outcome objectives (Ch. 11),
develop process objectives (Ch. 11),
list activities for process objectives (Ch. 11),
describe how to initiate the action plan (Ch. 11)
describe how to monitor and evaluate the intervention (Ch. 12), and
describe how to demonstrate the effectiveness of the intervention (Ch. 12).
