The purpose of this assignment is to help students synthesize information and data that will become the foundation for the Environmental and Outdoor Education Curriculum. Your research paper should help you: (1) explore existing knowledge or what is already known about your topic and (2) identify educational priorities relevant to your topic that you can use to develop lesson plans.
The paper must be typed, double-spaced, 12-point Times New Roman font, with 1” margin). All sources must be cited in-text and in a reference/works cited list using APA style (7th edition). Students who fail to cite properly or adequately will be given a “0” grade and asked to redo the assignment.
This is an individual assignment, and each student must submit their own original and unique paper. Students may not reuse a paper from a previous class. Students may choose to revise and resubmit this assignment based on instructor feedback to improve their competency and score.
