Students are required to outline their experiences working as a member of a Group with fellow course members, (use your own experience ghat woud fit in the small team dynamics,) perhaps some known and some who were unknown at the start of the course. Being part of a team requires compromise and can cause stress; students should outline any issues that arose, how these were resolved and how they would approach the tasks differently if given the opportunity. Students should also comment how an awareness of individual psychology and team dynamics might assist their thinking
