If so, is this issue one that you believe you will really use for your PASL. If not, what is the reason? Read Steps 3 and 4 of PASL and write a couple of paragraphs about what you will do for those steps. Look at the feedback form and the classroom walkthrough form, Do you think you will use those to follow up or will you do your own forms? It is fine to use the ones from the PASL ancillary forms. If you are not submitting PASL, write a couple of paragraphs about how you would determine the success of your efforts in leading professional development.
