Literary Analysis
Initial rough draft due in the assignment box on D2L by March 3 (subject, rough thesis, supporting ideas, 1 to 2 pages)
Peer review/Workshop draft due in your workshop group and in the assignment box on D2L by March 12 (3+ page rough draft)
Final draft due in the assignment box on D2L by March 25 (revised workshop draft, 3-5 pages)
For this second writing assignment, I want to give you some different options to explore. Refer to those strategy questions on pages 228 and 235 of our text for help shaping your essay. You will also want to refer to pages 567 to 574 for correct MLA in-text citation style.
The length should be between three and six pages. It should be double spaced with one inch margins all around. You may choose any one or two of works (memoir, fiction or poetry) we’ve read so far this semester. Review the different stories that have been assigned and select one of the options below and write a paper
