Your statement needs to be convincing, based on existing and emerging research, and other literature and facts – not opinion – suggest a potential solution and course of action. Format requirements: 3 – 5 pages and you must use a minimum of 5 references. Please note, this assignment requires significant research and clear, concise writing – not a long paper, but a powerful one. Description of your target Population
Include the population you are advocating for and what makes them a vulnerable population or higher risk than others for your issue. Provide evidence to prove that the population you’ve chosen needs help. Use your articles from your annotated bibliography as sources. In addition, you can use government research websites such as NIH, CDC, HealthyPeople2030, HealthyNJ2030, North Jersey Health Collaborative, etc. CITE ALL DATA – all facts must be properly cited including paraphrasing.
Proposed Solution and course of action
