For your final assignment, you will continue your work from Week 6 and utilize the outline your developed to finalize and deliver an 8- to 10-minute narrated PowerPoint presentation that provides diversity training for the organization you selected for your Week 6 Diversity Statement. In your presentation, you will explain the benefits of diversity training as well as predict the diversity challenges within the organization and recommend ways to manage them. 
Successful presentations will do the following. 
Include a strong central argument with concrete recommendations. 
Provide specific examples of industry-based evidence to support recommendations. 
Define diversity clearly. 
Consider the context of the specified industry and organization. 
Use appropriate visual aids. 
Provide a clear plan of action for the organization. 
Use a minimum of three cited sources. 
Include professional design elements. 
Include clear and detailed audio.
