Please finish Part 1 Introduction and Part 2 External and Internal Analyses of the HRMT Capstone Report. Instructions for each section are highlighted in yellow. Sections can be created for external and internal, merged together as storytelling rather than reporting. Please develop a fishbone diagram that is a visual. The Fishbone diagram must be based on internal analyses. Please see the document for a draft fishbone analysis. Please create a simplified SWOT table in point form and expand within the written portion to review the SWOT. SWOT is based on internal and external analyses but must be an HR SWOT. Please develop an HR problem statement in 1-2 paragraphs after the internal and external analysis. Within the surveys, LR or Lindsay is the Allied Health Director, Glauber or GM is the Operations Manager and Neha or NS is the current PCC Lead for Allied Health. Please ensure to use dates specific to Allied Health and not medical.
