For this assignment, you will create a personal cultural profile. By better understanding your cultural background, you will learn how to recognize others’ cultural backgrounds and how to better communicate across cultures.
In your paper, 
Identify your demographic information, which includes what you identify as your race, your gender, your religion, your educational level, your socioeconomic status, and anything else you feel that defines you culturally. 
Describe the cultural traditions and norms that you follow and norms that your cultural background would suggest you follow, but you choose not to. Examples of cultural traditions and norms include maintaining eye contact when speaking with someone, how far you stand from someone when speaking with them, being deferential to your elders, and so on.
Explain your family’s cultural background(s) and how that has shaped the traditions and norms that you follow.
Discuss the groups (for example, military, clubs, interests, etc.) you are affiliated with, and the role they play in developing your culture. 
Describe how you handle cultural/group differences in order to assure others feel they are being treated equitably, that their culture/group is being respected, and that no one feels excluded. 
Please be sure to create personal cultural profile by writing in complete paragraphs that identify, explain and interpret. You should not simply provide a bulleted list of answers.
