When looking at the financial status of a healthcare organization the healthcare administrator will develop KPIs for the type of insurance, account receivable pending, paid visits, and the length of the visit. This assignment requirement is to build visuals in an excel document that shows the number of pending insurance claims vs. paid, percent of visits based on length of the visit, and insurance mix. Once the visuals are created then show a correlation between the length of visits and paid/pending visits and the length of visit vs. insurance mix. Based on the data develop a KPI to use that will show trends in the data.
