The scenario you need to respond to is the following. You are a consultant and have been contracted to examine a problem or a challenge of a particular company/industry.
The end results of your work is a detailed Business Consultancy Project-Portfolio Report, which you need to submit to the board of directors of your client.
I have a topic in mind but don’t have the company in which I will be doing my consultancy with. The topic is “Impact on Artificial Inteligence on Business Operations”. Not oppose to any other topics, but you would have to consult with me first before starting the assignment.

Contains the theoretical framework of your report project
The result of an academic literature search; primarily derived from recognized ‘academic’ sources, e.g., Books and peer reviewed journals.
‘Themed’ literature review – as opposed to chronological, alphabetical etc.
Translate ideas into your own words – limited use of direct quotations – ‘Synthesised’
‘Integrated’ – draw contributions from varied authors around identified common themes
Research Methodology – 1400 words
The methodology chapter flows organically from the literature review.
What you are going to include partially depends on the literature review and your selected research methodology
At this stage you should have reviewed the literature in your field of study, analysed research that has been conducted and highlighted how it was conducted.
This could reflect the foundation of your own project as you will have to link it to your chosen research method.
The methodology chapter also involves describing your method in detail and justifying the approach you are going to adopt, taking into consideration the limitations
Your description should be detailed enough that someone reading your methodology can recreate your approach.
Therefore, the methodology requires you to:
describe your methods
demonstrate a clear connection between your research question (or hypothesis) and the means by which you will reach your conclusions
present justification (strengths) and limitations (weaknesses) of your methods
Data analysis and discussion – 2000 words
Contains the analytical framework for the report project.
What are the results of your data?
How will you illustrate them (table, graphs, diagrams, …).
If interview derived – often quotes may be used to support particular points raised.
If questionnaire derived – we would expect some quantitative analysis.
How do your results relate to findings of previous research/theories/models
